- Go to melon.com and under the login, click “아이디/비밀번호 찾기”.
- Click on the green tab labeled “비밀번호 찾기”.
- Enter in your MelOn ID and then click “다음 단계”.
- Click on “회원 정보에 등록된 이메일” and enter your name and email address used when you created your MelOn account. Then click on “인증번호 요청” to send a confirmation number to your email. Note: Your name and email you used is case sensitive.
- Click “OK” at the popup.
- Enter in the confirmation number that was sent to your email and then click “다음 단계”. If you didn’t receive an email, check your spam folder.
- Enter in your new password in both fields and then click “비밀번호 변경 완료”.
- Click “OK” at the popup and your password has been reset!
